Today the weather has been absolutely amazing. I'm almost afraid for it to ever reach the 80s or 90s because I don't know what I'm going to do. When it's 65 outside and you feel like you're going to die of a heat stroke, that's not a good thing. However, I'm sure it's only temporary due to our lack of heat since, I don't know, August?
Anyway, thanks to the amazing weather, Clark, Luna, and me went for a drive on the parkway. Although when we first started at ASU I was timid about going on the twisty-turvey road with the amazing view, I've gotten over my fear of driving off certain parts and have learned to just enjoy the view.
Clark took his test for the census bureau today, so fingers crossed! Considering he scored a 110% on his test, I don't think we have much to worry about. They said he should hear no later than a week from now, and there's a possibility he'll get a management position due to his "veteran status." Very nice, I think.
I am slowly but surely getting over this semester of school. I know everyone starts to get that way, but typically when it starts to warm up here that means that school is ending! Besides, this summer I most likely will not have a job and get to spend the days as I choose. How wonderful will that be? I know that sounds awful, and eventually I may get bored, but I have a feeling that, to begin with, I'm thoroughly going to enjoy myself.
Well, I have things to do. Bio cards to make, papers to write/edit, books to read, things to clean, and all that jazz.
Until next time.
We've all got our junk, and my junk is you!
