I try and just kick it, but then what can I do?

It's a morning where I am trying to relax. I don't really count Thursdays as a school day, although I do have my one lab. I get to get up when I wish, do what I wish in the morning, and have a brief two hour period where I must be on campus. Then I can use the afternoon to exercise, do homework, and all that jazz. Supposedly today is when our fireplace finally gets fixed. I suppose we shall see!

To mention before I go in to everything else: HAPPY BIRTHDAY BECCA! I hope it's absolutely wonderful.

Ok... just had to put that in there.

Last night Clark and I decided to take it easy and have hot dogs for dinner and watch the third Star Wars (by this I mean the actual third, not the sixth). Clark had only seen it once, and since we watched the 2nd one the night before last, it only seemed fitting. I suppose at this point anything is fine to pass the time. We also discovered that Clark has a job opportunity between April 1st and May 1st, most likely, working for the census bureau. Also, our realtor knocked more money off of our rent due to the constant waiting on the fireplace being fixed. As always, things are working out!

I am still waiting to hear details about the Haiti mission trip. I have to be approved by Dr. Coker, who is the minister of First Presbyterian in Fayetteville, and have yet to hear from him. I'm just praying diligently and knowing that whatever is supposed to happen, will happen. If it's meant to be, then I will be allowed to go; if it's not, I can't say I won't be disappointed, but it's God's will.

I don't know if I have too much to share today. I'm simply at peace waiting for this and that.

My registration did get worked out. I went straight to Dr. Ivory to be advised rather than waiting around for my actual advisor. It seems that my advisers have been switched, again, which is why I never received any e-mails from whom I thought was my advisor. Dr. Ivory said to just go straight to him if I have this same problem in the fall. Apparently I was signed up with a BS advisor, which is not what I need. Dr. Ivory was also kind enough to be incredibly thorough about my electives and making sure I was on the right track with my "senior check." The only thing I need to make sure I get done on time is my minor. Everything else is set. I also still need my PE, but I'm planning on doing fencing in the spring. I'm thoroughly excited about that one. I was going to do it in the fall, but it overlaps with a course I need.

I'm still trying to figure out two electives I want to take this coming semester. I only have four set classes that I have to get in to, which are: Teaching Theatre K-5, The Actor, Creative Writing (Prose), and Oral Interpretation which is a theatre class that counts towards my major and minor, how nice is that? Then I need two more classes, and next semester will basically be this and that courses of my choosing.

I think that's all for today. I will keep you posted on the Haiti mission trip. I know a lot of people have concerns, so please just keep it/me in your prayers. If this is what I'm meant to do, then God will see it through!

Until next time.

We've all got our junk, and my junk is you!
